oSplit features a built-in chat Discussion function that allows participants to exchange ideas and answer questions related to a Deal.
The Deal's Discussion feature is designed to be accessible only to Potential Participants (users eligible to reserve your Deal) and actual Participants, ensuring that you can have private conversations without interference from individuals you don't wish to include.
Once the Deal has concluded, the Discussion becomes exclusive to the actual Participants, enabling more private discussions about the Deal. Additionally, the chat can also be used for one-on-one conversations between friends, unless the friend has been blocked.
To initiate a new Chat, simply go to people Friends → view a Friend that you want to chat and click chat Chat icon. You can go to chat to view new and existing Chats.
If you wish to leave a chat room, you can do so by clicking on the Chat Room title and selecting → logout Leave. Furthermore, oSplit also offers chat functionality with bots. Go to chat, there are two types of bots available:

The system automatically takes into account the reservation cost of each participant, giving more weight to the opinions of those who have paid more compared to those who have paid less. To create a poll for a Deal, as an organizer, you can edit the Deal and go to the → ballot Polls section. From there, you can create a poll based on your requirements
Participants can then view the Deal, go to the ballot Polls → pick a poll → Vote.
This allows for a fair and inclusive way of gathering input from participants and making decisions within the group.

oSplit is intentionally designed to be a globally accessible platform, with support for multiple currencies, flexibility in payment systems and logistics providers, and minimal restrictions on who can sell to whom. As part of our commitment to an international community, we have created country-specific subsections in our forum, allowing users to post enticing online and offline Deals relevant to their specific country (since most Deals are often country-specific). The forum is not limited to just Deals, but also serves as a platform to share country-specific knowledge, such as tax regulations, logistic services (shipping), agreements and also a valuable resource for seeking help and assistance in one's own language.

The definition of a country in the forum does not necessarily reflect our view or opinion. We simply utilize a database to determine which entities are recognized as countries and which are not.
To access the forum specific to your country on oSplit, simply go to the help_outline Help → forum Forum. For country-specific Deals, you can visit the tungsten Inspiration → forum Deals on Forum.
If your Deal or question is not country-specific, such as virtual goods or general inquiries, you can post them in the International subsection of the forum.
As a public forum, it is important to respect the privacy and preferences of other users on oSplit. This includes refraining from sending unsolicited invitations to join Deals or adding users as friends on social networks in a mass or indiscriminate manner. Such actions can circumvent the trust and friend aspect of Deals, which is an integral part of the platform's functionality.
Note: oSplit's forum has its own separate notifications system, distinct from the main app notifications.
