each time slot enable the buyer to get the full house for the week specified - you can buy more than 1 slots and doesn't have to be adjacent

Unpaid week will be rented out and profit will be divided equally among owners

Damages:

Each buyer is responsible to fix whatever damage caused (even when it is rented out) - except acceptable wear and tear, which will be fixed on Summer on the unused week
