This is purchase for a house @ ... for vacation purpose

The deed will be under my name

The house has 1 master bedroom, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Benefit:

each time slot enable the buyer to get the full house for the month specified - you can buy more than 1 slots and doesn't have to be adjacent

Check in time: 12 PM (noon) local time

Check out time: 10 AM (please leave in clean condition for the next person)

You can rent the week you've purchased, which you can keep for yourselves

Unpaid week will be rented out and profit will be divided equally among owners

Damages:

Each buyer is responsible to fix whatever damage caused (even when it is rented out) - except acceptable wear and tear, which will be fixed on Summer on the unused week

Bill & tax:

The current tax is $ ____ will be shared proportionally according to what you paid - and most likely the tax will increase slightly each year

Electricity & water will be based on the usage (need to see the start & end of usage)

Trash and internet bill will be shared equally

Each year we contribute ____ to pay for maintenance

Commitment:

Please commit to at least 5 years, after that, you can sell it to your friend (contingent upon house mates approval)

Every major decision will be solved by voting
