Usually each house should have a basic emergency kit, but sometimes it makes sense to have a community emergency readiness kit - for example:

The template assumes that there is 1 type of membership and there are 2 tiers, there is no price discount on achieving the tier, but it will unlock a goal (put these goals as text)
oSplit will ensure there will be a minimum of 10 (up to 35) before assigning reservations

Usage Rule:

Before using it, you should inform the group what you are going to use
Once used, within 1x24 hours the user must replace it with the same one (or similar value medicine if the exact same is not available)
Expired Medicine:
